landowners and developers seeking to maximise value, but

and have developed particular skills in the successful
conversion and sale or letting of non-standard buildings,
often Listed, such as churches, agricultural barns and
former industrial premises. We aim to reduce risk and
exposure to our clients by maintaining a proportional, value
based approach in our advice.
We specialise in targeted and, where necessary, discrete
marketing with the direct involvement of our qualified
surveyors to appraise purchaser quality and the strength of
potential tenant covenant. We continue monitoring up to
completion of the transaction and the eventual distribution
of sale proceeds.
We have successfully sold property for clients throughout
the North West region and beyond. Our development land sales
include disposals from Glasgow to Manchester, whilst our
property sales stretch across Lancashire, Cumbria and
Cheshire.

local estate agents to secure successful outcomes for
clients either on a joint agency or sale management basis,
such as in receivership or in certain Charities Act
requirements.
