Hough’s Lancashire based team of Chartered Building Surveyors and
Architectural Technicians will liaise with property owners
who require extensions or alterations to their property or
wish to consider new build developments within the
Lancashire and North West region.
A detailed brief will be agreed before drawing proposals are
prepared for approval by the client. Subject to that
approval, Lea Hough will prepare and submit Planning
Applications on the client's behalf, including all required
supporting documentation to the Local Authority.
Subject to planning consent being received, we can then
prepare Building Control submission documentation and advise
the client on the appointment of sub-consultants such as
structural engineers, electrical engineers etc. as required
to meet the requirements of the particular submission.
Throughout the process we will keep you fully informed of
the progress of Planning and Building Regulations approvals
at regular intervals.
We also have good working relationships with the Planning
Officers and Building Inspectors at most Local
Authorities in Preston, Blackburn, the Ribble Valley,
Manchester and all across Lancashire and the North West
Area.
