Whether Tenant or a Landlord approaching the end of the lease, we are able to prepare a Schedule of Dilapidations on behalf of the Landlord, or can offer advice and defend a Schedule that has been served upon a Tenant.

Are you looking to relocate or reorganise your premises? We are experienced in undertaking the production of detailed AutoCAD drawings for use in the spatial planning of your office or commercial premises.

Rating

Advice can be provided on rateable value assessments and whether or not appeals against assessments are worthwhile. If deemed suitable, appeals against the rateable value assessment can then be submitted to and negotiated with, the Valuation Office.

We are experienced in providing advice and undertaking access audits on your property to ensure compliance with the Disability Discrimination Act 1996.
