Boundary Disputes

Our
Chartered Surveyors regularly receive instructions from both
solicitors and private individuals across Lancashire and the
North West to attend properties and
determine the position of the boundary line where it is in
dispute.
Whether we act on individual or jointly instructed
appointments, our Surveyors act impartially in identifying
boundary positions, as directed by the current RICS Practice
Note.
We are able to prepare detailed Boundary Plans and Expert
Surveyor's Reports accordingly.
We also regularly prepare Land Transfer Plans on behalf of
Conveyancing Solicitors and purchasers of property and land.
