The practice was established in Preston in 1985, with the
Blackburn office having been open since 1987.
Our experienced management team are all Chartered Surveyors
with a broad range of knowledge in property and surveying.
The firm has developed a reputation for providing objective,
professional advice and we take pride in the fact that much
of our workload is obtained through recommendation &
referral, as a result of our ability to provide high
quality, responsive, value-adding services.
We can advise on property issues from project initiation
through to completion and strive to provide an informed,
professional service throughout.
The practice is based in the North West of England but has
fulfilled contracts throughout the country for a wide range
of clients including multinational Corporations, Housing
Associations, Local Authorities and Developers to private
individuals.
