Lea Hough is an established multi-discipline firm of
Chartered Surveyors & Property Consultants based in
Blackburn and Preston, Lancashire.
Our team is made up of Lancashire based Chartered Surveyors in the
disciplines of Planning & Development, Building Surveying
and Valuation covering Blackburn, Preston, Manchester, the
Ribble Valley and throughout Lancashire and the North West.
We provide specialist property advice and services related
to Survey, Valuation, Design, Planning and Sales.
We act for a range of clients, from multi-national
corporations to private individuals, Local Authorities to
charitable enterprises in Lancashire, the North West and
beyond.
The practice operates from two offices in the North West of
England (Blackburn and Preston) but has fulfilled contracts throughout the country.
We offer a multitude of services, from specialist individual
appointments to comprehensive project packages, from
inception through to completion.
